Before you can upgrade your subscriptions, you need to provide us with your billing details. Navigate to Billing / Invoices and click Add billing details.
Provide us with the account name and address, make sure to choose the right country, and click Proceed.
If you have a valid EU VAT ID, please open a support ticket, as it must be applied manually.
If you need to update your billing details, click the edit button.
To upgrade your DNS subscription, navigate to Billing / Invoices and click the DNS subscriptions tab, and click the wallet button.
Choose one of the available packages and click Proceed.
If an upgrade is pending, you will see the information in the DNS subscriptions list.
Check the Invoice payment section below on how to pay the invoice, and finalise the upgrade
To upgrade your AnycastIP subscription, navigate to Billing / Invoices and click the DNS subscriptions tab, and click the wallet button.
Choose one of the available packages and click Proceed.
If an upgrade is pending, you will see the information in the DNS subscriptions list.
Check the Invoice payment section below on how to pay the invoice, and finalise the upgrade
All the orders and invoices are available under the Billing / Invoices.
If you want to pay the invoice, click the Stripe button. Stripe is our sole payment provider; it supports multiple currencies and channels, including cards and PayPal.
If you want to download the PDF version of the document, click the PDF button.
If you decided to save the payment method for future use with Stripe, you can manage it directly in Stripe Portal. Navigate to Billing / Invoices and click the Stripe button.
